6) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainer is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of one or more exclusive copyright rights.

All original media presented with the above proof of copyright will be removed from the site upon receipt of the above proof of copyright. Proof in writing may be required for ambiguous and/or fraudulent claims.

For legal reasons only those communications containing the required proof as evidenced above will be acted upon.

In the event of a dispute, AllNylon.com's sole liability shall be limited to removal of the offending material.

Any person who knowingly misleads AllNylon.com in regard to this agreement shall be liable to recompense AllNylon.com for any damages, including costs and attorney's fee, incurred by AllNylon.com in removing or disabling access to the stated material, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.

Misuse of any of the trademarks displayed on AllNylon.com, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.

Any Username or Password you are given is for your own personal use only, and is not to be shared, any usernames or passes that are found to be shared will be terminated.

Usage of 'site sucking' or 'ripping' programs is forbidden, any member found to be using said programs will have their membership terminated.

Access and/or membership of this site indicates that you have read and understood these terms and are in acceptance of them.
